Before your custom patches are shipped, they need to be produced. Our standard processing time is as follows:

  • Standard Processing: 2-4 business days after order placement

This processing time includes design approval and production preparation. For complex designs or large orders, processing time may vary. We'll keep you updated on your order status throughout the process.

2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Once your custom patches are processed, they will be shipped via our standard shipping method:

3. Shipping Costs

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions for orders above a certain value. These promotions will be clearly communicated on our website when available.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number through the carrier's website.

5. International Shipping

6. Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect address information.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.

  3. For damaged items, please take photos of the damaged packaging and products

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange for replacement products to be sent.
